Über die Veranstaltung
Every session is based on the movement research and investigation on a specific part of our body-system(which could be an organ, a boney structure,..) or a quality, a concept (the liquidity, the idea of support..). Through the use of imagery, anatomical informations, poetic language and imagination the participants will be guided to find ease and spaciousness in moving, allowing the body-mind to let go of its usual patterns, releasing tension and getting a deeper understanding of the complexity that dwells in our bodies. The workshop is open for everyone with any movement background and is based on ideas from Ideokinesis, Alexander Techinque, Qigong, Taiji and dance improvisation.
